Freestyle Dance Alchemy is a joyful embodiment practice for women. Dance, play, connect, feel, breathe and sweat at these in-person group classes focusing on the feeling of dance rather than how you look or perform dance for others. Meet other women in community and set yourself up for an energetic, grounded and balanced weekend.
